This special wine vinegar is made out of wines selected for their ruby color and delicious bouquet, aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The vinegar is deep and rich, with woodsy, smoky notes. Use it to give dimension to salads, meats and more. Made in Reims, in the famed Champagne region of France.
Ingredients: Red wine vinegar, preservative: sodium bisulphite.
