100% Pure Styrian Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil

Perhaps the culinary pride and joy of Austria, Styrian Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil is a very unique but also delicious oil, from the town of Styria in Austria. Surprisingly enough, it is NOT orange, as one would expect, but a lovely deep green (not so surprising for those who know that pumpkin seeds are green!), with a thick, heavy texture. It's made by first drying and roasting pumpkin seeds, and then pressing them to squeeze out the intensely nutty oil. Styrian pumpkin oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, so it's very healthy as well as tasty. Use this cold, to finish dishes, as it's not for cooking. Drizzle over vegetables, meats, and any dish you want to add a wonderful nutty flavor to. Try drizzling it over goat and sheep's milk cheeses as well.
