Tangerine Oil
John Boyajian started exporting New England lobster to Europe back in 1978, and then turned his small company into a profitable caviar importer. Drawing on his Armenian heritage and family traditions, he developed a line of oils the market had not yet seen. As a general rule, use up to 1/2 teaspoon per cup of dry ingredients, plus 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid ingredients in any recipe. Add to your chocolate cookie recipe or make a wonderful creme Brule.
