Green Provencal Olives with Fennel
These juicy green olives have been cured for several months in a simple sea salt brine (mix), then seasoned with aromatic herbs grown in the countryside of Provence. Arnaud has been a family-run olive company since 1947, with each generation passing down the tricks and secrets of the olive trade, and adding new and inventive recipes to their collection.
