Mojo Picon Condiment
Add some Mojo to your cooking! Some Mojo PIcon by Amona, to be precise. This concoction from the Canary Islands is made of smoked pepper, extra virgin olive oil, almonds and a secret blend of spices for spicy and intense Island flavor. Crated by chef Mikel Trevino de Luis, a Basque chef living the island life, this specialty of this Spanish archipelago located off of the coast of Africa is served with just about everything but typically with boiled potatoes called "papas arrugadas"
This condiment is spicy but not really hot, with a nice sweet smokiness compliments of the premium Pimenton de la Vera from Spain plus some silkiness from the olive oil and Marcona almonds. This mix of condiment and dip is great when served with seafood dishes, to add some heat to hummus dips or your morning avocado toast, use on grilled or roasted meats, or even just spread over some bread or crackers as a dip.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, almonds, Marcona Almonds, white wine vinegar, harissa paste (chili 52%, water, modified starch, salt, garlic, coriander, caraway, citric acid), garlic, cumin, La Dalia Paprika from La Vera, oregano, salt.
