The most common way to use it is sweetened with sugar and formed into a paste, which is then used to make all sorts of sweet treats like moon cakes and red bean ice. They're super high in protein and fiber, so they're also great to incorporate in vegetarian and vegan diets, added to rice for example, or salads.
