A simple appetizer recipe that you can whip up anytime you have guests over, our Baked Camembert mini tarts are easily made in 10 minutes. Pieces of Camembert (you can use Brie if you'd like) are blended with coarse brown sugar and baked in flaky pastry shells, topped with walnuts and crisp apple slices.

Brown Sugar Baked Camembert Mini Tarts Recipe Instructions

Ingredients
  • 1 small Camembert cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 8 mini tart shells
  • 8 Walnuts
  • 1 small granny smith apple, sliced

Directions
  1. Turn oven to 375F.
  2. In a bowl mix the Camembert cheese with sugar and cinnamon and fill each tart shell. Bake until melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Top with walnut and apple slices.
